DG-500P Four Corner Pasting Machine for Rigid Box Corners Tapping Process

本设备用于天地盖盒内盒成型工序，通过对开槽后的纸板进行自动送料至成型结构，并通过恒温加热装置对成型所需预涂膜胶带瞬间加热并施压使其内盒四角同时粘连。本机采用伺服控制系统，可以实现送料尺寸自动调节，大大节省了调机时间，提高了生产效率。

This machine is mainly used for box four sides pasting process before positioning to the glued paper sheets.

It adopts servo system to adjust width and length of slotted grey board automatically, and with constant temperature system to paste pre-heating film strongly.
