本机用于各种皮壳和礼盒的灰纸板、密度板、卡纸等平面原材料的V型沟槽工序。
本机采用全新自动纠偏设计，产品可直接放入运送结构后自动纠偏矫正进入V槽结构，保障了开槽的精准度和统一性。
V槽部分采用一种独特的刀座结构设计，可实现无误差无前后左右晃动且可解决调机过程中损坏刀具或滚筒等常见诟病，此机配备进口品质钨钢刀具，开槽寿命长，开槽效果优秀。
本机同时具备自动清理开槽后的废料和自动收料等功能。
本机采用进口高品质传动轴承，确保了机器在高速运转时无噪音，无偏心。
Introduction
DG-960/DG-1300G series automatic grooving machine is wide used for V type grooving on various hardcovers and rigid boxes, it is available to work on cardboard, grey board and wooden board.
This machine is with automatic correcting structure which is easy to change materials and non-adjustment on material convey structure. It is also with new structure on V slotting part which designed to avoid the damages of waggling.
It has automatic wastes collector and products collector to separate both of them easily.
It adopts high precision bearings to have lowest noises and no partial on rollers.
